Located in the bustling heart of Philadelphia, our behavioral health service center works to serve the mental health and substance use disorder needs of this vibrant community. Nestled between the University of Pennsylvania, the University City Science Center and Drexel University, we are uniquely positioned to offer quality support for this active city and its residents. We provide comprehensive IOP (intensive outpatient) and GOP (general outpatient) treatment services. We also offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), comprehensive mental health programming, and telehealth services to better provide therapy during this season of social distancing and COVID-19.

Patients at our behavioral health service center may be seeking an entirely new substance abuse care regimen, or may be admitted to the outpatient level of care after completing an inpatient program at Retreat or elsewhere. Counseling groups are held every day, along with a variety of other specialty groups. We also offer private psychotherapy and psychiatry programs dependent on clients’ individual needs.
