Located in the coastal city of New Haven, CT, Retreat delivers comprehensive mental and behavioral health treatment services for individuals struggling with substance use or co-occurring disorders. Prospective patients may commit to varying levels of outpatient care, including both IOP (intensive outpatient) and GOP (general outpatient).
We also offer telehealth services to provide an additional level of convenience and flexibility or for those wanting to continue to social distance while receiving care.

At Retreat, we specialize in substance use disorder and mental health rehabilitation for clients who need a flexible treatment model, providing comprehensive counseling and other clinical services. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Staying at Retreat
Clients at our behavioral health service center may be seeking a new substance use care regimen or may be admitted to the outpatient level of care after completing an inpatient program at Retreat or elsewhere. Counseling groups are held every day, along with additional specialty groups. We also offer individual psychotherapy and psychiatry programs dependent on clients’ personal needs.
